Fischkombüse in Travemuende

We were in Travemünde for the first time and the children were hungry for fish. Restaurant searched and found. Staff was friendly and the service quick. The portions left nothing to be desired. Both the plaice and the saithe were great. For the children there were robber plates free of charge. We would eat there again at any time if we are in the vicinity.

We had a super nice place, were served friendly and quickly. The redfish fillet and the plaice were delicious. We have nothing to complain about. :-)

Anyone who has something to complain about here is wrong with something. Absolutely delicious, almost too large portions and everyone is super friendly. Always happy to be there.

Nice ambience and friendly service. Food perfectly okay, only the calamari with a lot of batter and little fish. Prices ok for Travemünde.

We often went to the fish galley to eat during our vacation. Great fish dishes, very tasty and freshly prepared. Attentive and very friendly service. We'll be back next year. Stay healthy

Even without a reservation, we got a nice seat in the full restaurant on Sunday lunchtime. The service was very cordial. The fish tasted fantastic. Big portion!

Had ordered herring rings here, I was offered 4 or 3 pieces. I have 3st. Got chosen I asked for 2 hours it was said that it would be bigger. In retrospect, I was happy because the herring was not tasty. I could actually have given 2 stars, but because of the non-compliance with the corona rules there is only one. Contact details are not registered here, Hygiene rules are not followed.

The food tasted good. Only the salmon had been fried too long and it was too dry. The service was friendly. Price performance is ok.

The food was tasty, but kept very simple. My piece of plaice fillet was at least fresh. Nothing special. The worst thing for me, however, was that no hygiene measures were taken for Corona (no table cleaning after the guest change)

✅ Ordered fish & chips, “fish” was good. ❌Chips (fries - old, not soft in the middle, over fried, like eating fat sticks). ❌ Waiter was not friendly, or was having a bad day. ❌ They need to take a customer service course. ❌ Portion too small for price. €13 for 6 “small” pieces of fish.

Everything great! We hadn't made a reservation and got a table for two. The waitresses were very courteous and friendly. The plaice fillet and the cod fillet are highly recommended. Price - performance is right. Gladly again!

We have eaten fish here before. We always liked it very much. The service is friendly and you can sit outside. What more do you want. ?

The fish combo plate with three different fillets and a fried shrimp was a good choice. The house recommendation for the white wine Gambellara was also great. Good choice of seats for outdoor dining, especially recommended when the weather is good.

WOW! The only restaurant that we have visited more than once in Travemünde. Perfectly fried and spiced fish, served by friendly and brisk service - all at a fair price-performance ratio. Highly recommended!

GREAT! We went to the beautiful restaurant without a reservation and luckily we got a table for four people. Any fish lover will like it. The service was very attentive and polite. So we felt completely comfortable and will definitely come again.

A great seafood restaurant, all delicious and very plentiful. Very nice and fast service. Are within 3 days the 3rd time here and are totally thrilled. 5 Stars !!!
